Music Together with Mrs C. was started by Jeanne Calderon in the spring of 1996.  Our first class was held in Crofton, MD with one class of six little boys.  Annapolis was our next location; followed by Severna Park at an area church.  A few years later our name was changed to Music Together Chesapeake, and our faculty began to grow.  Chesapeake Beach was soon added to our list of locations, and in January 2010 we became a part of the wonderful community at the Severna Park Community Center.  In the fall of 2010 we began our Intergenerational program at Atria Manresa in Annapolis, and in the fall of 2011 brought Music Together to two area preschools. 

Currently we are holding classes in Annapolis, Gambrills, Severna Park and in Piney Orchard (for residents of that community).  Our center is staffed by teachers who have a love for music and are committed to bringing this gift of music to children and families in our communities.

Move & Groove was incorporated in the fall of 2010, and was created to give us the ability to expand our programming while continuing to provide quality early childhood music instruction through our Music Together offerings.  Move & Groove launched three new exciting classes for children over age 5: Creative Movement, Violin Blast-Off and Music Together Big Kids.  We trust these new programs will provide exciting opportunities for older children; whether they have completed the MT parent/child program or are new to our program.
